Following the recent release by the minister of Humanitarian Affairs on payment of outstanding stipends of the Npower beneficiaries; many have reacted that "there's hope coming! Be patient! The new Minister of FMHAPA has confirmed that Npower outstanding payment will be paid! They are rejiggering the program as we advocated for Benefit of all beneficiaries and prospective applicants.
