INTRO :
Distraction is a very common thing among humans.
It is quite easy to get distracted at some point when you are doing something, at the same time, remaining focused can be challenging, though it is achievable if you form the habits that eliminate distraction.
However, no one is immune to distraction, although not everyone is distracted by the same thing.
From the topic, I believe that if someone wants to stay focused during studies he/she should be able to eliminate (overcome) distraction.

- take a break: please don't kill yourself with overload, just take a break for a while. You may be bored if the workload is too much, thereby getting distracted.
- have a plan before you start something: if you fail to plan, you may be planning to fail. Take note.
- be aware of when your mind loses focus and try to gain back consciousness.
- if you notice that you are distracted by the people/ friends around you, maybe always demanding for hangout, clubing etc, you have to excuse yourself from them.
- if your cellphone/social media distracts you, please you can mute it for the moment so that you can stay focused in what you are doing.
